Growing the biggest vegetable garden's I've ever grown this year. I love growing and eating fresh vegetables all summer long. And decided on growing 4 garden's this year. In the first garden I have tomatoes 🍅 peppers 🫑 cabbage 🥬 and lettuce 🥬. In the second garden I have radishes green beans okra and onions 🧅. In the third garden I have cucumbers 🥒 zucchini squash pumpkin's and watermelon's 🍉. My fourth grade is at a different location on Timberlakefarms. And I don't have any photos of my 4th garden. My fourth garden has tomatoes peppers onions kale turnips and sweet corn growing. My fourth garden is my produce garden I sell fresh vegetables at the local farmers markets.
I have two vegan daughter's Little Red and Little Weed. In the summer months they both have bucket's 🪣. And they go pick what they want for lunch and dinner daily. A favorite of there's is grilled zucchini squash and eggplant 🍆. And they both love making cucumber salad and it's simple to make.
Cucumbers Salad
Slice two or three peeled cucumber! Slice up two garden onions. Cute in half some cherry tomatoes 🍅! Dice some green peppers 🫑 add some salt and pepper Italian dressing and you have cucumber salad.
Grilled Veggies
Slice up some zucchini squash and eggplant. Add some salt and pepper and olive oil. Place on a hot grill for 30 minutes and turn your veggies over one time while grilling. This is delicious and healthy food for my growing girls. Little Red is 9yr old and Little Weed is 18yr old. They love to eat and it would cost me a lot of money to feed them. If I had to go to grocery store this summer. Thank God I have a green thumb and a farm to grow my girls fresh vegetables every summer.
