Earlier today I harvested peppers, mini pumpkins, cucumber's, tomatoes, okra, zucchini, squash and cabbage. I have so many peppers 🌶️ I canned banana peppers and hot peppers this morning. I use these canned peppers in the winter months when I make chili and like them on pizza.
For dinner tonight I made regular and vegan stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, green beans, cabbage and a pumpkin
