well, i have some good news. i caught the fucker that shoved a stick into my car lock and broke it. it's the guy that lives right above me. asshole. some of you know this and some of you don't, depending on how long you've been one of my friends, but i am an RA at school. yeah yeah i know. it sucks, but i swear i'm not a narc. basically i'm cool with whatever, and i did it because i get a free room and $1000. and that stuff's always good. so don't hate me for being an RA. anyways, so the guy that did it hates me and everyone basically that's involved in residence life because he drinks all the time and then gets yelled at for being an asshole and he doesn't like that. he also throws things from on top of his bunk bed so they slam into his floor, which is my ceiling, at 4am. asshole. i think that's what i'll call him from now on. asshole. anyway, so aparently he got drunk on last thursday night and decided that it would be a good idea if he shoved a stick into my car. so, based on how much of a dick he's been to me all year i figured that it was probably him. so my boss called him in yesterday and talked to him. he said he didn't know anything about it at first and so my boss and the dean said some stuff to him that i guess scared him and so he admitted to it. so now he has to pay to fix my car and also (he doesn't know it yet) but he's getting kicked out of all college housing since he essentially vandalized my car and since I'm an RA i can be considered a college employee. i was totally surprised that they were going to kick him out, he has 72 hours to get out of his room. i didn't suggest that this happen or anything. so basically he's screwed because there is less than a month left in school and he's from montana so he can't commute and also no apartment place is going to lease him an apartment for a month. victory is mine.

Lucky by Sebold is on my favorites list! I know every place that she mentions in that book. I have to get The Lovely Bones next!
