Hey, I was supposed to be an RA at Syracuse! I did all the training and then bailed out at the last minute because RAs there were virtual slaves. On call basically all the time and you were supposed to spend every night in your room. Plus the building I was assigned to sucked. And we didn't get money or anything, just a free room so blah.
