Our Local Council has had yet another bright idea.
They have decided that having 2 bins to collect isn't enough and that there should be a 3 bin collection service.
So from next week I have to seperate out all food and garden refuse into one bin, use the recycle bin for everything recyclable and put everything else in a black plastic bag.
What's worse is there are differant collection days for the service too.
Then in today's paper I read my Council Tax will rise by 59 this year on average as I am in a Band D house. It will be worse for some of my neighbours though who are in Band E.
