Today I narrowly avoided disaster
I put a dessert in the oven and then put dinner on the same shelf and walked away
The smoke alarms went off, I turned everything off and still there was smoke. When I opened the oven door there was a whoosh of flame. The dessert had fallen into the burner and gone up with its wrapping!
Generally at the moment I don't know how I feel. I went to a meeting of South London Citizens on Monday night and may get involved in some of their work. I feel I am wasting away and am not really living. A lot of the time I get the feeling I am tolerated rather than appreciated too.
