I'm watching The Wolfman on DVD, as I type this.
It looks absolutely stunning. The production design is really beautiful. The cinematography is excellent. The script is pretty damn good.
Yet - I'm still finding myself thinking...

I also fell into the trap of thinking serious actors ( further proof - like any was needed that Oscars really dont mean sh*t) , beautifilly shot, dark and brooding - I thought that would mean good!! How wrong can you be
