Okay. The best oriental restaurant in Dallas is Arc en Ciel, on Jupiter ... in Richardson. Forget the cross street.
They have a menu with over 300(!) items, from vietnamese, to chinese, to thai, to korean. They have the perfect vermicelli bowl I've always been searching for... a close second to Kim Phong in Austin.
They have the rice paper spring rolls too. I could eat a bucket of those.
Last time I was there they were hosting a wedding. I swear this 20 something pretty oriental girl was marrying a old 50 something guy. It was pretty sad looking. But it was great. Sitting in a restaurant watching somebody elses wedding.
