I wanted to suggest that everyone do yoga. I have been doing Yoga with Adriene since the quarantine started and it has been amazing. My stress levels are lower, I have lost 15 lbs., my flexibility is much better ( I can almost touch my nose to my knees in forward fold now, whereas before I couldn't touch my toes with my finger tips), and it is great for couples to share together.
