www.connecticon.org was the convention I was at last weekend. I also help run a Live Action RPG in central Mass which is loads of fun, and honesly not as dorky as you may think once you are playing...

I once dated someone who was very big into role-playing. The closest I ever got was playing Magic but hey...I thought that was fun
