Can you post any pictures of how you'd style it? That really makes all the difference. Looking at your pictures, I'm inclined to say short works for you.

I just cut my hair today after 10 years of having it long, reaction has been good so far but it's still weird. It takes guts, I waffled for about a year before finally deciding to do it.
