"Barring that natural expression of villainy which we all have, the man looked honest enough." - Mark Twain
Mmm, dreams are finally starting to take off, my savings towards my camera and photography courses are getting better and closer to their goal (albeit I am still quite a bit off!)
I've always wanted to get into professional photography so that I could see the world and capture it in my own perspective, instead of cracking a magazine and seeing it from someone elses; don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that looking at other peoples work is not important.. If it wasn't, photography wouldn't exist at all! But I always wanted to freeze it in time the way I saw it, and if others are so inclined to see what I saw too... Take a look!
Illnesses are floating around my town like the black plague, almost every highschool is nearing 10 % absences due to H1N1, which is still pretty alarming. Clinics are posting signs up everywhere warning that people showing symptoms of the flu will be sent home, and that -NO- screening for the H1N1 bug will be done... The problem is, the hospital is telling us the same thing. Quarantines are everywhere, and a large chunk of my friends and the people I associate with are, well, quarantined.
Now while I have been told it's very unlikely I have H1N1 due to the longevity of my sickness without any major flu like symptoms, I've still been put off work and what not until next Wednesday, which sucks really. I imagine I'll have my nose back to the grind by Monday though. And lastly to close this rant up... Have any of you ever had a headache like feeling in -both- of your eyes? I mean, if I turn them left, right, up, down, diagonally, or anything but... damned near straight on, they ache -exactly- like a headache.
