I went to a funeral this weekend, a close friend of mine from high school (well former close friend) her mother passed....it effected me a lot more profoundly then I had originally expected it would. I hadn't seen Laurie (her mom) in years but she was always so good to me when I was younger, her house was a safe haven when I was going through difficult stuff at home. I will always be thankful for that. Laurie you will be missed
