Ha, I was told by someone when I was down filling out the paperwork for a beer and wine license that I need to pick a different name of the place I want to open or I'll get sued.
The person is from the LA area and said the name is to close to a place called The Hat. Their big thing I was told was The Hat Pastrami. The name of my place will be the same as it was when my Grandmother owned the place, The Hot Pastrami. I don't see myself getting sued over the name of a business that didn't come about till 10 years after the first Hot Pastrami was opened.

Actually, we're a xylophone, kazoo, and tympani trio called "Zamfir's Farts."

Thanks. We're hoping the litigation gets dropped soon.
