Been working at the Panera in BG these days... The store is built into one of the original downtown buildings, which were built around the turn of the century (no, the 19th century, dickhead.) so it's not exactly what one would call "Ideal" for the application. Everything is chopped up into different little hallways and rooms. It feels a little like being underground. I also suspect that it is haunted. The upstairs is completely empty and unoccupied, yet there are still distinct shuffling noises to be heard (sure, could be animals,) But there are also footsteps if you stand somewhere quiet long enough. Periodically throughout the night I find myself saying something over my shoulder to my trainer, because I thought he was there, moving around and whatnot, and finding that he was on the other side of the store. I feel that the Walk-in freezer is particularly occupied. I can't imagine why a walk-in freezer would be haunted, but I suppose anything's possible. Whenever I'm in there, I feel like saying "excuse me" every time I walk from one side to the other.

Anyhow, that's where I was tonight. I should have been about 4 doors down the street at IGUN dancing my pasty white ass off, but alas. No IGUN for me next week either, because of work. frown Therefore, myself and all you people I used to see regularly at IGUN get the hell together and do something. I have the next 2 midnights off, so I fully intend on spending the coming nights engrosed with all my favorite people. ( Yep, you know who you all are!! tongue ) I also want to drink alcoholic beverages. Okay, big floury baker hugs to you all. Bye now.
