woo hooo its november, its finally cooling off, it has been a long year, i had reconstructive shoulder surgery and have been recovering ever since, hopefully get to go back to work in january...will post surgery pics soon

too much sour cream can be very bad

Too thick. I'd aim more for whipped cream because it tastes better and is lighter and fluffier. I think sour cream would be much like a tar pit.
