Another weekend full of yoga. Just the right thing to do after a week full of stress. On Saturday I went to a workshop called "Joy and Pain II: Yoga and Your Emotions" with Hala Khouri. I was a bit scared about the 'emotions' part but I went there nevertheless and do not regret it. It felt a bit strange to be the only man with 15 women in one room but they didn't torture me and the workshop was very interesting. So I went to a normal yoga lesson today and afterwards to the beach. What a relaxing weekend. And yesterday we had a great house warming party at Sven & Brenda's place in Venice. And the "Red Baron Remy" or the "Flying Frenchman" passed his flying exam just a few days after an airplane crashed (last Monday) in Santa Monica. I was first scared that it would have been him because he was late for work but fortunately it was not him. I think I have to fly (with him) to Santa Barbara or Palm Springs soon
