Really? REALLY? I just got off the phone with a secretary that didn't know how to send an e-mail. You've got to be kidding me. What a way to start the day. I can tell this project will be fun. This lady wasn't even old, and as far as I can tell not a temp.

Even if you're a temp assistant - you have to know how to send a damn email. Come on. She sounded like she was in her 20s or 30s. There are children in 3rd world countries with 1 arm and a goiter that know how to send emails, lady.

I shit you not, I had to talk this woman through sending me a logo for a business card I'm working on in an email.

"Do you know if you have any other formats of the logo? I can't really work with a Microsoft Word file if I need to change your logo."

"Okay, I put the cd in, now what?"

...This is without telling me anything. So I have no idea what she's talking about.

"Excuse me?"

"I have a CD."

"Uh...you mean you have a CD with the artwork for the logo on it?"

"Yes, do I press the circle?"

...imagine that for 15 more minutes. When did I go from graphic designer to tech support?! O_o I have to deal with this person on a repeated basis for this project.
