trying to decide .... do i sell the house the way it sets or do i redo the house and sell it .... i know i can make more money if i redo it first but the time it takes to do it .... i just dont know ... if i sell it now i can quit my job that i hate and find something better that i may like ... hmmm ... who knows .... we ll see ...

thats really about all thats going on right now ....

i was in your situation not too long ago. i went with selling it as soon as possible. but then again, the market was phenomenal in MD. how is the market where you are? do you stand to make money off of the property, even without fixing it up? & if you want to quit your current job, & selling the house will allow you to do that... i'd say go for it. you can always take it off the market, if you decide to go the other way.

ooo... i sound smart. gotta love that Real Estate Agent of a mommy.

p.s.-- i know property values have gone up about 25% or more in some places in Maryland... i'm not really sure about the Hagerstown area.
