I started the year so well losing some weight and getting fitter. I started to see some great results and maybe I got complacent... I had a week off and now I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get back into it! Have you all kept up your resolutions? Do you even bother making any?!
My set goes live in two weeks and I can already see a change in my body since that was taken in October. But I want to keep going! I've been doing circuits, my sister's boyfriend actually teaches the class. I thought he might go easy on me because we're practically family but if anything I think he's meaner to me!!
It's for my own good I know... I'm hoping after this weekend I'll feel more motivated x
