Time for my new jurnal entry and as always I have nothing interesting to say. I am playing Legacy of Kain : Defiance, and its so cool but there is a question I wont to make. Why Kain and Raziel have three fingers only? Its stupid you know. Well whatever, I would like also (yes again) to put some questions again. A) Why does Kain and Raziel have three fingers?
B) If you had the chance to become a Vampire what would you choose?
C) If you ever died and find out that you became a ghost and traped betwin the two worlds insted of going to the other world what would you do?
D) Would you ever sacrifice your life for the salvation of the person you love most (honestly)?
Thats for today and have fun until my next useles-pointles jurnal entry.
Bye

as for anime vs disney, there's no comparison really.
disney is only one company so it's only fair that they have a limited number of characters.
anime is not a company, it's a style of animation that encompasses dozens if not hundreds of franchises and companies but when you get right down to it, any single anime studio probably won't have made more characters or movies than disney itself.
while i'm not a huge fan of disney you can't deny what they've meant for the animation industry as a whole.
disney didn't just kickstart the western animation business they single handedly pioneered it and nearly every big landmark in 2d animation for a long time was somehow linked to disney.
snow white and the seven dwarfs was the first feature length animation movie ever produced in 1937 and walt disney singlehandedly proved that his vision wasn't insane and animation was in fact a viable form of entertainment.
shortly after that he created the disney school of animation (not sure what the official name is) and that institution is not only responsible for many of the great names in animation but it continues to produce some fantastic animators to this day. (my favourite director Tim Burton worked on disney animation for a while even)
in contrast to that, anime didn't even really get off the ground untill the fifties, you don't have to agree or like disney's vision and story (i sure don't most of the time) but there's no denying the impact they had and will continue to have on the history and future of animation.
