I came across her profile picture on MySpace tonight. It was through a mutual friend's page. I'd forgotten he had befriended her. It's an older picture. A picture from shortly before she broke my heart. Either she's single again or she just likes that picture. The question is not do I drop her a line. I ruled that long ago when I finally decided I had to write her off. But do I look? The romantic in me says yes. Says there's a chance something is still there for you. But I've listened to him too much already. That's what tends to land me in these places to begin with. No, I don't think I will. Best to look away now. Quickly before I have a chance to change my mind. Have another shot of bourbon. I'd only end up hurting myself again...
