I've been saving my first blog on here so that it relates to something special and worth sharing. Well, I think this counts:
I started on November 1st, had a few days where I wrote nothing because I was too hung over (or still inebriated) and thought for sure I was shooting myself down for it. But, now it's November 29th, and I met the stipulated goals a day ahead of time. Go me. The novel that I wrote isn't perfect, it needs a lot of work, especially with some key structural elements. But I don't think I need to start over with a complete re-write and there are a few real gem moments in there that are worth keeping. Based on scrolling through and reading a few bits and pieces of the story, I would read the damn thing if I found it randomly at a bookstore. And that's what counts.
Anyway. I'm awesome. I thought you all should know.
