omg, i went a'house huntin' yesterday, and i found a house that was BEAUTIFUL! gorgeous tile floors, 2 car garage, grass in front and back, big rooms, new carpet, built-in bbq in backyard, built in '95, 1200 sq ft... its listed as 3 bed/1 bath, but its technically 4 bed because of this huge add-on room, and there's already a lil side area where theres a sink and mirror, and the plumbing is already there to install a toilet, so it would be so easy to make it at least a 1.5 bath. wonderful quiet nice neighborhood, huge park right around the corner... its everything we wanted. i wrote a contract on it yesterday, it had only been on the market for, well, less than a day, but i had to try to grab it up now before other people try to get it. i feel like its such a steal and i never expected that we could get a house that nice, but its totally in our price range. its not too far from our work either. i cant help but get my hopes up, even if i end up getting dissapointed. thats just the type of person i am. ill just keep my fingers crossed! and all you out there keep your fingers crossed as well for me please! i gotta go get ahold of my loan officer guy to see what needs to be done, if anything, on my part. im soooo excited!
