Used to, past tense existed in our old house, I don't know if it was a poltergeist for sure, but it could move things and you could feel the negative energy. They don't focus around people with negative energy, but occur after someone has had a violent death or (for some weird reason) a prepubescent female. But thats only if you believe in that sort of thing. Do you? Eh, could have been my mind playing tricks, but everyone is entitled to their own interpretation. Who knows. I've had strange experiences in my time, but I try to look for a logical explanation first.
