Well, the house is pretty much done. ( just a few issues to finish up) Now I'm back in a bus for the next few days to make some cash. Then I start couch surfing??? I don't know, we'll see....

the market is shit now... so no rush, maybe... hopefully it will pick back up in the spring. "we" decided not to wait till then, still got a damn good price for the house.
