best thing I've watched in a while:




been watching a lot of films. It's been a regular extended holiday as slow as work has been. I think I worked all of 30 hours in the whole month of January...maybe.

Good thing for busy ass summers inflating my savings account and the fortunate timing of tax returns.

it's actually getting a bit boring, but I've had plenty of time to catch up on reading-- Finished The Secret Book of the Werewolf and Poppy Z Brite's Antediluvian Tales and working again on Calvino's Difficult Loves Also got a number of books for Christmas that I want to read. yay books! Also watched This Is It, the Micheal Jackson behind the scenes deal and enjoyed it. It was interesting to see Michael Jackson working rather than just performing. Thought Public Enemies was ok...really enjoyed 9 and loved Tuvalu.



I don't know why I put that trailer there...it makes NO sense. But the movie does...after a while...it's very dream like though.


still involved with the Marine Corps... a lot of paperwork going back in to get the job I want. It's like a prolonged engagement to someone who you were already married to. kinda odd.
