Cleaning up my apartment I realized that the only things in my freezer are ice, chocolate, and vodka.


Also, I am feeling particularly stabby towards a couple of internet retailers. Both I ordered from a couple weeks ago and it was indicated that my stuff would get here by Christmas to give as presents. Now it turns out that neither has even shipped my order yet.

it's almost enough to make me want to shop at the stores. almost. at least then you know you had what you paid for. oh yeah. both of those retailers took my money a week or so ago, which is when I thought they sent my stuff.

tomorrow I get to do good deeds. I have drill this weekend, but tomorrow will be working Toys for Tots all day. Tomorrow starts the handing out phase of it. It was a really interesting experience last year and I am hoping that it will be as much fun this year. I'm sure it'll be at least as hectic. get to play Santa Claus in dress blues. actually I probably won't have to wear that uniform.... and it's one less day spent sleeping out in the cold running around training in field somewhere.
