I was up at 4am this morning to go help set up a 5k run/walk thing to collect toys for our local Toys for Tots drive. Spent a lot of the morning collecting toys and thanking people for coming out for the run despite the 30 degree temperature.
Tonight a fellow Marine is flying back home from Iraq. Sometime just before midnight, five other Marines and I will receive him and return him to his family.
I just wasn't ready for it to get this cold this soon.
and I've been really wanting to travel lately.
I'd really like to see Prague under a blanket of snow, but right now I'd be even happier with Firenze in the Spring.

i've also got two comfy recliners and a fridge full of guinness for whenever you want to drop in.
Cats have staff.
Florence is a wonderful place to visit (and the local leather goods are impressive). Hope you're well and have gotten in some good riding.
