I hate that I put things off. I was doing really well at barre and then the cold weather and stressful days at work got the best of me. It is so easy to fall into laziness. I usually go five days a week but I haven't gone in the last ten days.
Until today.
I got my ass kicked. But I feel so good. I feel happier. It is such a quick transfer of positive feedback that it makes me mad at myself for ever putting it off. I'm going to be so sore tomorrow but I am definitely back on the wagon.
