1. I loved him in Under Siege and Under Siege 2... and ok he was ok in On Deadly Ground... but other than that, Steven Segal is a toolbox.
2. Feeling a little better today, but was unable to attend SGTO Karaoke last night for Lisseth's b-day. I'm so sorry I missed it. Love you darlin. In fact, I miss EVERYONE.
3. The new job is ok... lots to learn... lots of servers who ignore me. The management is so friendly, but most of the servers seem to be a little cliquey and stuck up. ugh. This should be interesting to say the least. I've been burned so many times by co-workers. i don't know what it is - it's like they feel threatened by me somehow and then start spreading rumours, or (and this has happened to me TWICE now, in two different restaurants) they try to put me down by telling me the so-called bad things that everyone else thinks about me. I'm just so sick of malicious people wherever I work. Do they do it because they see that I'm sensitive to these things? Is it a way of trying to gain power over me? I just don't get it. It's like people try to feel good about themselves by putting other people down. Gawd... get a life.

Municipal politics never seems to inspire much interest around these parts, even though what goes on at the city level affects us much more quickly than at other levels of government (in my opinion, anyways).
