Hello my darlings! Just when everyone thought I had abandoned them... I make my big come back! Seriously though, I did it on purpose to make everyone long for my return. No, really.
Life is much better these days, and I am attempting to improve myself in many different ways. I've always been the glass is half-full type of a person, but I think it's time I started acting on that belief rather than just thinking it. I bought a self-help book today called "The Rythm of Life". It looks interesting, and I'm hoping it will help me along in my quest for greater personal satisfaction.
School is going great; and I find myself actually prioritizing my time now that I have a job as well that is making me some decent money. I'm sloooooowly paying down my absurd credit card debt, which is a tremendous feeling, and, for the first time in ages I can actually wander around the book store or the drug store, and buy something new and interesting.
I've starting taking 5HTP, which I think is going to help me tremendously; and now that I have money in my pocket I can buy healthy food, which is also another step in the right direction. I've also made the conscious decision to cut back on my caffeine intake, as well as the drugs and alcohol... althouh last night I got rip-roaring drunk. Heh. I still have to work on that one.
I am reconnecting with a very good friend of mine who has moved back home from England. We are trying to get up in the morning and go for power walks. I've only managed to roll out of bed and do it once, since I am so busy with work and school, but I consider it a great accomplishment that I actually rolled out of bed at 830 in the morning for it. Go me!
Today has been a day of procrastination. Not very good of me, but sometimes I still can't help it.
Anyway, onwards and upwards... I'm off to read and reply to everyone who wrote to me in my last journal entry.
Tonight, SGTO Karaoke. Tomorrow morning, drastic hair change. Tomorrow night, the teaches of PEACHES!

and I was way off. For some reason it reminded me of a birth control label.
A combination of numbers and acronyms tend to throw me off.
I found a good solution to re-inforce a clear mind is to exercise a lot. Unfortunately I don't get to do it that often myself.
Do you want to trade my wisdom tooth for 4 of yours?
