So how has everyone's week been?
Mine has been pretty standard, although work is so busy right now and it doesn't help when you have a boss who thinks 'sick days' are really 'sick weeks'. She rings in sick so often! I have only been there a month but already she hasn't worked a full week. First it was back pain, then a breast abcess, then a sore foot now it's a cold...she either has the worst health in the world or just doesn't give two hoots about her job. I'm thinking the latter, since when she is at work she always talks about how she is going to leave
But enough of that.
Last night on my way to dance class I got to witness a flash mob. A big group of people got on my train at one stop and then just started clapping thier hands for no apparent reason all the way to the next stop where they all got off. I was so funny seeing everyone else's reaction on the tube since the unwritten rule of not talking/looking/touching anyone was temporarily broken.
Aften escaping the flash mob and then witnessing a young girl trying to start a fist fight with one of those people who hand out the free evening papers outside the station, I was walking to meet my friend when I saw one of my favourite SGs Fanny coming towards me. It was abit like seeing a celebrity-you want to go up and say something witty/smart/intriguing to them but are temporarily dumbstruck at seeing them in person. So Fanny, I would've loved to overcome my shyness to say hello but having spotted you gave me a little buzz for the rest of my evening anyway
Has anyone else seen an SG from afar but been too shy to say anything to them?
Stay safe,
V.

Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it.
What are the chances of bumping into a SG randomly like that!? Crazy. Never have myself sadly, but I'm going to keep my eyes peeled now!

My boss is kinda a dick. He 'works' all day at his desk and probably vacations 3 months out of the year.
Never encountered a flash mob but it might be fun and certainly would be interesting.
There might be some SGs from Colorado but I have no idea who they area and thus wouldn't recognize them even if they lived nearby. However I would have a hard time approching them too so don't feel too bad.
