what a great weekend! almost happy to be back. actually, i am kind of happy to be back, or back in chicago.

saturday i spent time at my future house being a super nerd playing

nothing like a bunch of skinny ass vegan nerds playing board games until 2am. winners.

sadly, i had to cut short the excitement because i had to be up at 6am (which didn't happen) to head
up to chicago to help the kids at temptation with the vegan ice
cream social out in rogers park.


thank god it broke 100 degrees that day. otherwise it wouldn't
have been any fun playing soccer in the sun.
luckily, we had a beach about 100ft from us. not so lucky, it was crowded...

this looks about right. but it was still a lot of fun. and the water was nice and cool
and the e coli count was nice and low.

spent too much time in the sun without sunblock, i'll never learn and went to the
city for food.

our favorite veg*n place to eat is right in the middle of boys town and it
was the start of the gay games this weekend,
so it was a bit crowded at the chicago diner, but still worth the wait.

worked at the we love soy processing plant until 3:30am and then (stupidly) drove
back to indy at 4am. i've slept at more gas stations recently. oh well.

that's all. have fun and i hope to be in colorado sometime in september to hangout
and have some fun. we'll see.
