I am alive- just barely.

What do you do when you open your eyes and realize you are so much better than what you have been putting yourself through?
When you see how much of a mess it has created, where do you begin to pick up the pieces?
Where do you find the strength to start over?
How do you do it when you are all alone?
My whole life needs a re-evaluation.
