well, I'd explained in an earlier blog post that I don't really do new year's resolutions - the idea of choosing to change your life and your habits at a socially dictated time and way that does not support true behavioral change seems, well, silly - but I recently saw something someone did instead called "what's on the menu for the new year," and I like that much, much better. it's like a list of moods or manifestations you hope will be present for you in your future, and that, I see no harm in. so, here's what's (hopefully) on my menu for 2024!:
