Wow this weekend was craaazy. It was one of those chock-full of work ones. And by that I mean, first thing in the morning, write a paper. Next day, spend all day and all night studying Latin. Then trying to do the rest of my homework.
I realized it was only this hard because of my job getting in the way... and didn't I bust my ass off to get here for my education, to immerse myself in my favorite dead language? And to keep writing and making my zine? I looked at all my class schedules with my work in mind, and it was plain to see that every weekend would be like this one or worse if I kept my job. My job that doesn't let me have the piercings I want, the job that scrutinizes everything I say (like "Is everything all right here?" vs. "Can I get you anything else?" One of those questions is a huge faux pas. They are that strict).
So I'll just live meagerly. I'll be careful. But I'll be happy. And I won't be failing my classes and disappointing my family.
Ok, now, to put my cbb back in place of the damn septum retainer! Piercings, yay!
I'm starting to get ideas for the tattoos I want now, also....naturally, now that I'll have less money to pay for them

Tatoos, i wonder if your job will like them better than the piercings. Have you seen all the fun and interesting sites middletown has to offer yet? Well i'll help you out since your so busy. On the north end you'll find some crack heads and a hooker or two, and on the other end.... uh, um... a McDonalds and a thrift store maybe?
