Well, technically, I consider it a 50/50 of vegetarian and pescatarian, but semantics.
About a month and a half ago, I got blood test results that showed that for the average guy my age, I have 5 times more triglycerides (fat in blood) than he! That overwhelmed me. Since I got out of the Corps, I have taken shit care of myself. I’d eat red meats and pork as meals themselves and junk food daily.
So, I made a choice to change my diet. I’ve been splitting my meals with fish meal and just roasted veggies for meals. My energy levels are miles different. My skin feels great, too! It’s oily, but not a dirty feeling oily that makes it look glowing(?). But y’all, I think I’ve found a new lifestyle change.
