So, yea...today was an interesting day.
Had a fight with the roommate, ended in the RA coming over, but since he's not conducive to working it out with the staff, we're apparently going to try and work things out between ourselves.
Then I was hit with a wave of nausea.
I lay down, and that passed, so feeling pretty chipper again, I went to bucca di beppo, with My neighbors, one of my other neighbors, and two friends of one of the girls next door. The food was great, the service not so much, and there were too many people there. Partway through the dinner, nausea returned to say hello, so I went and got fresh air. When I came back, I was glad our food was gone, as I was still feeling off.
Then we pay.
As we're getting out, a hockey game lets out, and suddenly, its the second panic attack I've had in my life. Too many people, plus nausea and noise. I started hunching my back, preparing to curl in a ball like I did in my first panic attack (World Youth Day, Toronto 2002). Then one of my neighbor's friends reckognized the signs, and gave me a big math problem to help me calm down. Its helped since, but I still feel fairly crappy. We'll see what happens.
