What can I say about today ... I scared myself shitless with my own guts ... too much of a good thing is not good anymore! I've never seen so many people so angry at the same time! I've never heard so many insults being thrown around one room between a group of people ever before in my life! I've never been so angry and hurt at the same time that I vomited my guts out! I don't think I've ever before in my entire life snapped and lost control over my emotions - it's something that I hope (no PRAY) never happens again.

But you know what? I feel good after all that. Not good about what happened, but good INSIDE ... clean ... as if the river I cried today washed away all the dirt, hurt, sadness ...
