Well, until recently I was an English Lit grad student that was getting a degree by, um, writing software. And then writing about said software. Which was pretty damn cool, all things told, but upon graduation I decided that I should probably get out while the going was good...

So I moved to London. Where I develop the web.

Yeah, the whole thing.

Awww man that is so bad.

My friends mum went to the doctors complaining of a stiff neck and headaches. They gave her some pills for the headaches and told her to get more sleep. One morning she woke up in agony and was rushed to hospital. It turned out she had a cancerous brain tumour. She died a few weeks later. If they had got to it when she went to the doctors then she would still be here today.

Stuff like that happens all the time, it is so sad
