So, I asked someone out. They said they were interested. They know I'm married, that my wife and I both date, and that everyone is cool with me asking people out. They call me at home one afternoon to see what I was doing. You know, "can we get together this afternoon"? I mention I have a couple of hours free, but I have to then pick my kid up from school and suddenly they say "oh, you have a kid?..well, like I was saying, my life is really complicated right now and.."
I laughed. They went from "can we get together this afternoon" to "My life is really complicated" in the span of "I have a kid".
