Well, it is somewhat difficult to answer since there are many pleasures that I like! 😛lol but ok. I can say that the most outstanding are the "Chilaquiles verde" Yes! definitely. I have a weekly diet and therefore I try not to eat tortillas all week, but when it comes to chilaquiles I can't resist!!! my breakfast can be chilaquiles, lunch and dinner! I never get tired of them. My favorite chilaquiles are found at the “Eno” restaurant in Mexico, La Roma, and of course my chilaquiles that I cook!!!
