So yay!
Everything was fixed. I now have an MR date of January 3rd. It's not as great as the date I got the first time (Nov 30th) but I am just thankful we got it fixed... HORRAY!

Good to hear that it all worked out. I was surprised by the November date because the que is backed up about 2 months. November would have been super fast! I was thinking Christmas to New Years, so you're still in the ballpark.
