I love days off... I get to be lazy. I have time to make my favorite meals and go shopping. In case some of you may not know im vegan. I decided I was going to make Som Tom for dinner (Thai green papaya salad). It's proably one of my most favorite meals. I also had a side of Tom Yum (Thai Sweet and Sour soup). In order to do this I had to drive about 26 miles and go to the GIANT Thai super market. I love this place. It's so full of color and tons of yummyness I MUST have. Of course I had to take pictures. It's a beautiful place and I love it so!

It took me most of my morning and a good part of the afternoon preparing my meal. YES... MY meal. I ate it alone. I didn't really mind. It's a meal that really only I enjoy. I don't really have any friends that would be willing to eat it... kinda lame but a tad true. Here's the end result. Sorry I had to take these pics on my Blackberry as my camera battery died and I was too lazy to dig up the cord and charge it.

Lucky for me in Tampa right next to the Thai super market is the Thai Buddhist Temple. I love this place. It's so peaceful and beautiful. I wish someone would have been with me to take my picture here.... but my pictures will have to do.

After my fun filled day of cooking and shopping I am home now to sit on the couch and watch some reality tv. I couldn't do it of course without my best friend...

He is the only man that has NEVER let me down. He is always there for me in my time of need blush He listens to me cry, complain and bitch. And never once made me feel like crap for it confused That's Uncle Jerry eeek

Speaking of men ::you know who you are:: YOU SUCK. Im still not over it. Im still so tired of liars. Im tired of men who say one thing to you and do another beind your back. Men who say the EXACT same thing to you as they say to other woman. It's gross and I hate it!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I promised myself I wouldn't bitch tooooo much in this blog. So sorry for that short interuption. I would like to say RIGHT NOW... however... I wouldn't mind so much if ONE decent guy came into my life and didn't lie to me and treat me like crap. It would make me quite happy love If you have seen my previous blog and feel you can complete at least 80% of my list... please reply within (PM) haha miao!!

Anyways sorry I haven't been more in touch. Lots of shit going on lately *insert a roll of the eyes here*. Doctors and therapists and running around and what not, not to mention we had to recover the computer again today frm that virus going around, good times.

Ron told me he talked to you about your upcoming shoot. When are you guys gonna be doing it? He asked if I would be there as an overseer lol. I'm really stoked for you! You're gonna do awesome! ♥

And Lucas says you always have a standing invitation to come over here if you need to blow off some steam or just need to get out of the house wink
