So I figured I'd post a new blog in case any of you actually read this thing. I'm not a big blogger but figure this was good a place as any to update everyone on my current status.
I have a lot of things up in the air right now and trying to decide if I should go to London or not next week. I need to make a trip soon to visit, but not looking forward to going back to London. My brother and his wife just had a baby so I have to make an appearance at some point, but I would much rather holiday in the Caribbean or something. Perhaps I'll take a train to France or Italy if I do go to London.
Also, we finished filming "The Hangover" last week in London. Now we start Post-Production and will start editing in roughly two weeks. If I go to London it'll give me a chance to see how my London team is doing and get a chance to check how my money's been spent.
I'm also still in the process of looking for a new place here in New Orleans. I have a couple of really awesome condos lined up, all within walking distance of all the action, so I'll have to check them out and see what the deal is. Maybe I can find something by August 5th (a special day to me) if I don't go to London next week.
All of this would be quite easy if it weren't for my job. My current job project is potentially ending soon (won't know for certain for about 2 weeks). If certain factors are met I'll end up home for 6 weeks with pay (which rocks!), if not then a number of things could happen. I could end up waiting for a transfer to another division, meaning I'd go a few weeks without pay (which sucks for obvious reason), or I'd get an immediate transfer and not get my 6 weeks off (just my usual 2 weeks that I get every month). I'm ultimately not worried about any of it, but would be nice to have some answers so I can make some plans or organize some things.
Anyways, that's about all I have going on right now. If any of my friends in Europe (or those of you who aren't my friends but live in Europe) wanna visit with me while I'm in London (I may end up in some other places too), let me know. Like I said, even if I don't go next week, I'll be making a trip before the end of the year.
Anyways, keep the messages coming people, love hearing from you.
