saturday afternoon, we went for a walk (which ended up being a two hour long hike) along the lake and through the forest. my face is ruddy because it was REALLY brutal along the water and my skin is sensitive. it was both amazingly beautiful and fantastically cold.


this is what it looked like. we were standing on ice. i am at the precipice here, where the mountain of ice meets the still-churning water. it is certainly very dangerous, but i couldn't stop looking at it.


we got back to the house, exhausted. i took my second hot bubble bath of the day and straightened my hair. he set up the lights. when i came down, i swear he said we were only practicing. i put some lipstick on and didn't bother with sexy clothes.


as the sun began to set, i wanted to wear something that better captured my inner essence. which, clearly, meant going braless at the time the light was nicer outside, so we ventured out on the deck.


nighttime finally arrived and so did Stephanie. 23-year-old gogo dancers just have all the right stuff to be models, so she kicked ass, while i struggled. Will said that we didn't mesh well together. i have one picture of us and this is it. meh. i need more practice. she was a really sweet girl, her solo shots turrned out great.
