So it's official, I'm moving back to San Francisco by mid-September. Flew out, interviewed, was offered the job (low-balled), countered for higher than I originally asked for thinking they wouldn't go for it, but they did. I have some apprehensions leaving my family and friends, especially after such an amazing summer here in MPLS, but in this market landing a job like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I just couldn't say no to.

Good thing I love the Bay Area so much, I can't wait to get re-acquainted with the great Pacific Northwest and hopefully make it feel like home. I have 3 weeks to scramble and close up many loops, it's going to be hell but the rewards should be just.
