When I said that my goal every year was to beat the number of kilometers I ran the year before, someone suggested that I review the progress of my goal very month.

I don't know if this will interest many people but I like the idea.

The number of kilometers to beat is 3410 km, so I have to average 285 km per month, as you can see I had a very good month of January, I am already getting ahead of myself to reach my objective 😊
