Nico's first day of school was Monday. Here is the evidence.

They finally made me leave so they could start class but I was able to steal this last shot after class had begun...


Tonight I took him to his first professional baseball game, the Mississippi Braves were in town to play the Jacksonville Suns at the Baseball Grounds at Jacksonville.

It's a lovely ballpark...










Looking from the right field bleachers you can see Municipal Stadium where the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars play



We're bleacher bums...

He was given a foul ball by a a member of the grounds crew!


Later in the game the Braves right fielder, T.J. Buhn (sp?) gave Nico a ball that he caught to end an inning. What a nice guy! TWO BALLS!


The Suns lost the game but we had a great time. After the game we drove out to the beach and ran in the water. It was a great night.
